Job Summary and Qualifications

Seeking a Credentialing Team Lead who will assist with the training and supervision of the Credentialing Processing Center by working closely with personnel to deliver quality work and resolve issues. We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other and are seeking a phenomenal addition like you. We want you to apply now!

What you will do in this role:

• Provide introductory and ongoing training to staff to ensure that policies and procedures are followed.
• Assist with staff communication, providing updates, resolving issues, setting goals and maintaining standards.
• Handle difficult customer follow-up problems.
• Retrieve and review performance reports.
• Assure that all provider credentialing is timely and accurate for all customers.

What qualifications you will need:

• Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required, Bachelor degree preferred
• At least 1 year of related experience required
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
